REGISTRATION & T-SHIRTS
We want to see you! BUT, we need to know you're coming. Register AND fill out our T-Shirt order form to ensure your family gets shirts! FORMS DUE BY MAY 1.
If you are unable to edit/save the T-Shirt order form, please print, fill out, & email sadiespurlock@gmail.com a picture of it completed, OR simply look at the form, type out what you'd like, and email it to the same email address and Sadie will fill out the form for you.
$12 of your individual Registration Fee paid goes toward each individual t-shirt. For example, a $100 registration fee includes a $12 t-shirt. If you want a t-shirt more than $12, you will need to pay the difference when you register.
